Working on life changes, to improve my health, lose weight, get fit and feel better.
After couple week I still working on making life changes. I’m a bit more focused in on things now though.
If you think about all you want to accomplish, whether it’s weight loss or another challenge, it can be overwhelming. Taking one day at a time and being consistent and determined is the key. So far, with this philosophy I have lost almost 200 pounds. These last 40 or so are screaming to stay with my body. But I am determined to get them off, too. No matter how long it takes.
